… is the rather lengthy title of Young Hunting‘s excellent and very impressive debut album. Young Hunting are an experimental duo from Edinburgh, Scotland no less! There have been comparisons with Coil which is pretty unfair! but I think what they mean is that they’re different (they apparently had never even heard of Coil until recently! ;)

Hawkwind

Off to see those old hippies Hawkwind at the O2 in Glasgow the other nite thru the snow & sub zero temperatures :-( Last time I saw them (well prolly just Dave Brock!) was 33yrs ago – eeek! And they prolly played most of the same stuf Spirit of the Age, Sonic Attack etc etc but also played some new stuf.

As most of the songs were about 15mins long and also coz I f*cked up I didn’t get any video but got a couple of snaps. All a bit ‘pantomime for Acid-heads!’ ;-)
